Rules and Info

  • Listed prices are base prices. They change depending on additional details and complexity of the commission.

  • Provide visual/written references. No references result in a additional 5% fee.

  • Be patient and comfortable with waiting a month+ turnaround - in most cases it'll take 2-4 weeks (Depending on complexity).

  • You can see the status of your piece in my Commission queue, this is also on my home page - Trello.

  • WIP sketch (+ flat colour pieces if necessary) is provided for confirmation/change requests, failure to respond will increase turnaround time.

  • If changes are requested AFTER the sketch phase; I’ll charge extra if it's a major request (10 - 20%).

  • You'll have max 3 minor changes after sketch phase.

  • Please save a copy of your art; just in case I don't have the original file from my side. Contact me if you need another copy.

  • For Destiny 2 comms: I'll require screenshots of the: front, back, left + right side and all 3/4th angles (full rotation) of your Guardian's transmog menu, aswell as screenshots of additional items such as weapons/ghosts If required. I may ask for additional photos if required.

  • Destiny 2 screenshots should be 1080p or higher and of appropriate image file format.

Payment Rules

  • USD payment, via PayPal (or PayID if you're in AUS) within 48hrs. If you wish to back out for any reason before paying - Just tell me.

  • If you don’t pay within 48hrs/ghost me - your spot will be forfeited and you’ll need to wait till one reopens again.

  • You can ask me to hold your spot/give an extension for a small period of time.

  • You must pay full price upfront. Half payments can be discussed for larger prices.

Refund Policy

  • 85% refund of your piece if your card is in the 'awaiting start' section of my queue.

  • Your piece is NON-REFUNDABLE once your piece is in the 'sketching' section.

  • Half payments follow different rules:

  • 70% refund of the initial deposit if your card is in 'awaiting start'.

  • Again, your piece is NON-REFUNDABLE once I've started sketching.

Conditions

  • I have the right to post your commission unless asked not to.

  • You have Personal Use rights over your piece: you may post to social media (must give credit - @soupysalad_ ), use as an icon/banner, make physical merch only for yourself, etc.

  • Any aggression, rudeness, or inappropriate behaviour against me will not be tolerated, you will be blocked/blacklisted, and you will not be refunded if you have commissioned a piece.

  • DO NOT use my art to train AI generated content or for NFTs.

  • DO NOT use my art commercially without discussing prior about it with me - it cannot be used to gain profit.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

  • If you violate these conditions, I can decline your commission.
